Pricing and Billing Policy

Welcome to Fontish. This page explains how our pricing, billing, and credits work in clear and simple terms. By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.
Pricing plans
We currently offer three subscription plans:
- Starter
- Creator
- Pro
Each plan includes a different number of font generation and regeneration credits. All prices are shown in USD.
Each Character Pack is created using one generation credit, which generates the full set. Additional refinements and fixes are handled using regeneration credits, with enough included to ensure the font is fully functional.
If a font still appears incomplete after refinement, support may be available upon review.
Credits
We use two kinds of credits:
- Generation credits are used to create new fonts.
- Regeneration credits are used to fix or regenerate glyphs.
General credit rules:
- Credits are valid for 90 days.
- Unused credits expire after 90 days.
- Credits cannot be transferred or sold.
Billing cycles
- Monthly plans are billed every month on the same date.
- Yearly plans are billed in full at the start of the annual billing period.
Automatic renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and access to the Service will continue until that time.
Subscriptions are eligible for a refund only if no credits have been used. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the applicable charge date. Once any credits have been used to generate or regenerate fonts, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund.
Payments
We process all payments securely through Stripe. Stripe accepts most major credit cards and other supported payment methods depending on your region.
Changes to pricing
We may update our pricing and credit amounts from time to time. If we make significant changes to your plan pricing, we will notify you in advance so you can review or cancel before your next renewal.
